How to make Postnet barcode using Bytescout.BarCode library for .NET
Output
barcode screenshot (Postnet symbology)
Postnet barcode. This symbology usually gets printed by U.S. Post Office on envelopes. Postnet symbology allows only numeric values to be encoded. The bar code itself can encode either a standard 5-digit Zip Code, a Zip+4 code, or a full 11-point delivery point code. Important: you can also use BarCode Windows Forms or Web ImageControl instead. To use the Windows Formscontrol in Visual Studio please open Toolbox and open "Bytescout Software" tab and drag-n-drop "BarCode" control into your WinForms or ASP.NET application (in design mode) Visual Basic: Imports Bytescout.BarCode Module Module1 Sub Main() ' Set symbology ' Save barcode to image ' Show image in default image viewer End Module C#: using System; using Bytescout.BarCode; namespace Sample // Set symbology // Save barcode to image // Show image in default image viewer
