SWF Scout Turns Any Developer into SWF Flash Guru!

SWF Scout 1.43, a feature-rich ActiveX library, lets software developers add
royalty-free SWF Flash output to their applications from a wide array of
programming environments

Bytescout Software today announces the release of SWF Scout1.43. This is a feature-rich ActiveX library that lets software developers add SWF Flash
movies to their applications from a wide array of programming environments. 

This includes Visual Basic, Visual Basic.NET, Visual C++, C#, ASP, and ASP.NET. SWF Scout library eliminates the need for the use of additional libraries and applications for SWF output creation. 

Developers can distribute their end user applications together with the library without having to pay any royalties.

The library offers a powerful combination of abilities for creation of professional-looking Flash movies. You can load EMF, JPG, PNG, BMP and other
types of images, as well as add shapes, buttons, texts, text edits, morphing shapes and sprites. The latter may be any external SWF movie loaded to be
used as a sprite. Additionally, you can add sound (MP3 and WAV) and video (FLV). 

To add a level of interactivity to a Flash movie, you can use events and actions. There is even a built-in ActionScript compiler to let you compile AS source code. Added to this is an ability to generate pre-loaders for Flash movies from existing images.

SWF Scout library lets you load Flash moves, which have already been created in other Flash authoring tools, and use them as templates to generate new
movies. This saves your time and lets you be more productive in the development process. Also, you can discover an ability to automate Flash output creation by using templates created in Macromedia Flash or any other authoring tool. The library can quickly replace text macros and images in
templates with those you have specified. The SFW output can be easily converted to EXE, or a Windows standalone screensaver (.SCR). Additionally, the library lets you compile SWF to XML and back.

You can integrate the library to provide export to the Flash format from an existing application using its EMF to SWF feature. Unique to SWF Scout is
"Real" hDC that can be used to draw shapes, text, and using WinAPI GDI functions, SWF output can be easily added to existing applications.

SWF Scout supports various SWF formats, ranging from 2 to 8. It also allows generating Flash Lite compatible Flash movies that can be played using a
Flash Lite player on i-Mode, Symbian-based and other mobile devices. The library supports many programming languages, including Visual Basic, C++,
